I’m looking for a product that is not on your site would you be able to source it?

Yes we usually can source anything related to diving equipment even if they are not listed on our website so please send us your requirements on our contact form and we will try and find what you require

Example: If you would like to buy full equipment but one item is not included in our listed brands, we can source it and include it in the package for you.

Do you ship anywhere in the world?

Yes, we will try to ship anywhere but we only guarantee free shipping in the European union.  For all other countries we will inform you about costs and you will have the option to either pay the costs or get a full refund.

Why are some items available “only in store”

These are products which we do not sell online but are part of our stock here at the warehouse.  These products we purposely opt to sell only from our store and not online to make sure that you receive the best possible service when purchasing these products. 

I don’t have a Paypal account. Can I pay by credit card?

Yes we use Paypal only as a platform, once you select “Pay by PayPal” you can choose your preferred mode of payment including major credit cards.  Paypal offers you and us a very high level of protection.

I don’t trust online shops, should I trust The Dive Warehouse?

The Dive Warehouse is not just an online shop, it is a real business with people who are passionate about diving and who have been in the business for 50 years and is now run by the second generation of this family business.  The Dive Warehouse has a physical address and phone number so you can call us whenever you want to discuss any issues you might have.

I’m not sure about the features of a product and need some advice. Can I contact you?

Yes of course we are always happy to give you our advice on what would be the best possible option for you given your requirements.  We are usually available by phone during opening hours or through our contact form  which we usually reply within 24 hours but for sure on the next working day.

Does the Dive Warehouse offer Trade discounts?

Yes we do.  You must be a trade client (ie you must have a diving business or similar) and must have a valid VAT or TAX number and address.  It is best to contact us with your requirements and we can discuss terms.

If I order a substantial amount of goods will you give me a special or discounted price?

Yes, if you order an amount over 500 euros we will give you a 10% discount on all products.  If your bill is over 500 Euros please contact us and we will send you a coupon that you can use for the discount. **Please note: this is not combinable with other discounts or promotional offers!
