The Dive Warehouse aims to ensure that whoever buys from our site will not only receive what he requires and has ordered but is completely satisfied with the products and service we offer.  The Dive Warehouse has been in this business for over 50 years and prides itself as keeping very high standards when it comes to customer satisfaction and after-sales.  

Obviously there will be times when the product you ordered does not fulfill your expectations, should you wish you can return it within 28 days from the date of dispatch for a refund of the purchase price less shipping costs.  For a refund to be issued, the item/s must be unused and in an “as new” condition with all packaging and labels/tags attached. We aim to process returns as soon as possible, however please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. We’ll send you an email to confirm once we have processed your refund.

Please take care when trying items on. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, worn or damaged, we won’t be able to refund you. In this case, we would have to send the item back to you and ask you to cover the costs of delivery. If we don’t hear back from you within 14 days, the goods will be destroyed.

If we feel that a customer’s returns pattern is unusual then we may have to deactivate the account.

Please understand that it takes time and effort and obviously costs to send a product and also to have it returned and therefore we ask you to make orders wisely and taking into consideration sizes colours etc to make sure that you are ordering the product you need and thus avoid returns for no reason.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us first outlining the issue and we will give you instructions. Please include the order number to speed up the process.

If your product develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us to let us know about the issue and we’ll look to replace or refund it. Please attach images to enable us to deal with your query quickly. It is vital that you give us a proof of purchase by either quoting the order number or else as much information as possible for us to trace your purchase.

We do everything in our power to ensure that you receive the items you have purchased, but if you have received a wrong item, contact us. Please include the order number.  You should receive whatever is in the cart at checkout, confirmed by you and paid for. If the Products in your order do not match the product/s received we will cover all expenses related to correcting the mistake, however if the product/s received is/are what you ordered you will need to pay for all additional costs related to correcting a mistake which you would have made.
