All purchases of goods from The Dive Warehouse will be governed by these terms and conditions. When you browse the Site or submit an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

You are not entitled to assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these terms and conditions.
If any provision or any part of any provision in these terms and conditions is held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason then that provision, or part provision, shall be treated as having been deleted. The remainder of these terms and conditions shall continue to apply.
Neither you or us shall be liable for any failure to perform any obligation under these terms and conditions which is due to circumstances beyond your or Our reasonable control.
Failure by you or us to enforce any obligation under these terms and conditions shall not be deemed to constitute any waiver of that obligation.
Legal procedures Court of Law must be in Malta under the Maltese Law.

By using this website, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with these Terms and Conditions or any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use this website.

We confirm that we will not pass on any information relating to you or your order(s) to any other company without your prior consent. The information we have about you will be stored on computer and your details will be automatically added to our mailing list. If you do not wish us to send to you any further offers or promotional materials, then you may set this preference in your login profile at any time.

The Dive Warehouse is a company based in MALTA – EU so consider this when ordering.

The Dive Warehouse is a small family-owned business not a multinational conglomerate.  We do our best to be as efficient as possible but you must consider this when ordering from us.  This comes with advantages like being able to speak to someone over the phone and some disadvantages like slower reaction times when we get very busy.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold any relevant qualifications from a recognised training organisation before using any of the products purchased from this site.

It is your responsibility to make sure that all the details supplied when ordering are correct.

In order to place an order, you are at least 18 years old. If you are a minor, ask your parents or legal representatives to place the order in your name. It is advisable that if you are a minor, you obtain your parents’ permission before navigating and/or registering on our websites or mobile applications so that they can explain any questions that arise. If you are under 14, please do not give us any personal information, as we cannot accept them.

All goods ordered are subject to availability at the date and time when the order is received.  If unavailable in stock we will give you the opportunity to wait for re-stocking or to get a full refund.

All orders are subject to acceptance by us and may be withheld at our absolute discretion.

Any advice or recommendation given by us is followed or acted upon entirely at your own risk.

The quantity, quality and description of any specifications for the goods shall be those set out in the Site but you should be aware that the images appearing on the website are not always accurate.

We reserve the right to correct errors and omissions in any price or other information without any liability.

When making your order the address supplied will be the shipped address and this cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.  The dive warehouse cannot be held responsible for the whereabouts of the goods once shipped to the address supplied.

Orders are shipped within 3-4 working days by postal service.  if you wish a faster service you need to inform us in the comments box when ordering and we will get in contact.

Shipments are made using Postal services.  If you wish a faster service you need to inform us when submitting an order by entering a comment and we will get in contact with the relative costs.

For most countries the postal services should deliver within 2-3 weeks.  you will receive a tracking number once the product is shipped.  If the item does not arrive within 3 weeks from order please get in contact with us.

The Dive Warehouse will deliver your orders anywhere in Europe free of charge up to certain limits. If the shipping cost exceeds 25% of the total order price we will either offer delivery against payment for shipping or a full refund.

Outside Europe, we will also try as much as possible to cover the cost of delivery however in certain cases where the total amount cannot justify the shipping expense we will give you a shipping cost which you can accept or if you refuse you will be given a full refund.

We accept no liability for delays caused by goods being out of stock.

Due to it being a circumstance beyond our reasonable control, we do not accept any responsibility for shipment delays and delays due to customs issues and/or for any excise duties levied on a consignment.

Goods in stock will leave stores within 2-3 working days after payment is confirmed.

Whilst we will endeavour to ensure that all shipments arrive at you in a timely manner there are situations beyond our control where products can go missing or are delayed.  We will do anything possible to make sure you receive the product you have ordered however we cannot be held responsible for the delay. If and when a product is not received we will give you the option to re-ship another product or obtain a full refund.

Goods will be packed in a way to reduce damage possibilities however we are not responsible for damages that occur in transit, this will be the responsibility of the shipper.

The Dive Warehouse offers payment via the Paypal platform, this allows users to pay with either a Paypal account or else with any other creditcard.
The Dive Warehouse also offers the possibility for clients to make an order and pay on pickup.  If this option is chosen products will need to be collected physically from The Dive Warehouse, 6 Anton Inglott Str. Msida MSD1180 MALTA.  If you are not living in Malta and cannot collect the goods you cannot chose this option.

The Dive Warehouse wants you to be happy with the products you buy from us and we will do all that is possible to make sure you get what you paid for.  If you are unhappy with a product please get in contact with us and supply as much information as possible.

Understand that we buy products from the manufacturer and when there is a warranty claim we need to pass through the manufacturer’s claim system which might take some time.  To expedite matters when making your claim please send us all the information you can supply including images and video if necessary so that we can start the process as quickly as possible.

If you have a warranty issue please get in contact with us stating order number and as much detail as possible about the issue.

When returning an item you will have to pay for the shipping. A refund will be given if the product is received in mint condition with all packaging and labels.  The shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount paid when submitting the order.

When returning a defective item we have the right to first try and solve the issue and then if necessary replace it.  We will ship the product back to you at our expense if deemed a warranty issue.  Otherwise all shipping must be borne by the client.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for the content of any websites which link into this site.
All goods are supplied with full supplier’s guarantee.

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Site remains available at all times. However, we cannot guarantee that the Site will operate continuously or will be error free. We therefore cannot accept any liability for any failure or non-availability of the Site.

We do not accept, and hereby exclude to the fullest extent permissible under law, any liability for indirect or consequential loss or damage including, but not limited to, any loss of data, profit, revenue or business however caused.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be construed as excluding or limiting liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
